Integral 3D is appropriate for the three-dimensional design in furniture manufacturing out of PAL or other products such as: glass, metallic plates, and plastics. This software application allows design of the pieces as sepparate elements (desks, beds, night tables, etc.), and as complex systems (kitchens, bedrooms, dining-rooms) in a manner as simple as possible with regard to understanding and usage.
The program is made up of several modules (the result of the actions in a certain module does not overlap with the results or actions in other modules) for delimiting the actions of the user in order to obtain higher clarity in the carrying out of the design process. In a complete design process one defines first the types of materials in the dedicated module, than builds up the accessories, that are to be inserted in the furniture design, and finally to draw up the reports.
FEATURES
Integral 3D is made up modules for:
defining the plane contours of the PAL plates (edited);
describing some new materials (metal, wood, glass) and saving them for future use;
modelling of some new furniture accessories and storing them for use in other projects;
elaborate the execution drawings for the components (including drawing the dimensions).
Integral 3D disposes of:
lists of the objects created allowing easy identification and changing of their names;
a panel with predefined furniture elements, that can be inserted in the spaces allocated and subsequently modified;
a panel with standardized furniture accessories, that can be added for finishing a product;
possibility to render invisible some objects not useful at a certain moment and that would make the design harder to be accomplished;
pop-up menus for access to the properties of the objects on the screen;
the program comes with a detailed documentation for the case in which the user needs on-spot assistance.
The result of the project elaborated in Integral 3D is made up of lists with the necessary materials for the designed furniture and with corresponding drawings.
The program allows printing these lists and the drawings, as well as transferring the data to Optim Cut and/or Stock Manager, depending on the package that the user purchased.
